Prawo wskazuje, co musi znaleźć się w wypowiedzeniu, czy rozwiązaniu umowy bez wypowiedzenia.

Zasada ta ma jednak zastosowanie jedynie wtedy, gdy te prawa lub instrumenty zostały objęte lub nabyte jako świadczenie w naturze lub nieodpłatne świadczenie.

W 2023 r. PIP ujawniła prawie 51 tyś wykroczeń przeciwko prawom pracowników.

Ministerstwo Pracy, zapowiedziało, że jeszcze w tym roku zakończy pracę nad nową, bardziej precyzyjną definicję mobbingu.

W toku postępowania Prezes UODO zwrócił uwagę, że dla procesu migracji danych nie została przeprowadzona analiza ryzyka (DPIA).

Termin został spopularyzowany pod koniec XX wieku przez australijską socjolożkę.
