Since 2019, Małgorzata has been handling immigration law cases.

In 2023, she began to expand her specialisation to include labour law and People & Culture issues.

Małgorzata specialises in particular in:

  • legalising employment and residence of foreigners in Poland,
  • posting employees and their international mobility,
  • analyzing foreigners’ employee documentation,
  • representing clients in proceedings before administrative authorities.

Małgorzata participates in the day-to-day handling of employee matters of Polish and foreign entrepreneurs. She provides service in English.

Recently Małgorzata has been involved in the following cases of interest:

  1. regarding Ukrainian nationals who entered Poland after 24 February 2022 in connection with the war between Russia and Ukraine,
  2. legalisation of the stay of Belarusian citizens on humanitarian grounds.

Member of the Warsaw Bar Association. Erasmus scholarship holder at the Institut Supérieur de Gestion in Paris, France (majoring in International Business).

Co-author of publications on labour and immigration law, including books (e.g. “Employee documentation. How to switch to electronic form” for the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna) and press articles (e.g. „Work and residence of foreigners need to be legalised anew” in Rzeczpospolita).

She devotes her free time to mountain expeditions, handicrafts and sport (for 17 years she trained karate kyokushin, including as a competitor – she successfully participated in Polish and international tournaments, e.g. Austrian Open vice-champion, European Junior Champion).
