Piotr holds a degree in computer science, but since 1990, he has professionally worked in the field of human capital management in businesses.

Piotr holds a degree in computer science, but since 1990, he has professionally worked in the field of human capital management in businesses. He was the head of the HR department in a modern manufacturing company employing 1,850 people. Since 1996, he has worked in consulting firms such as Neumann, Andersen, Deloitte, HRM Partners/Towers Perrin, and since 2019, he has been operating as a freelancer under his own brand, Centrum Ekspertyzy HR.

He specialises in:

  • compensation consulting,
  • HR strategy and transformation,
  • designing integrated HR tools for capital groups.

Over the last 35 years, Piotr has managed over 400 HR consulting projects.

In addition to his consulting work, Piotr is actively involved in education and publicism, including:

  • he is a lecturer at the first post-graduate studies in Poland for C&B specialists at the Łazarski University in Warsaw,
  • he conducts classes for HR Business Partners at the Wroclaw University of Economics.

For almost two years, Piotr has been a Board Member of the Institute of Compensation, where he prepared and conducted:

  • two conferences on the EU directive on pay transparency,
  • (in collaboration with INFOR) two salary-themed conferences titled “Płacodawcy” 2023 and 2024.

He is also the author of two books on C&B published by Wolters Kluwer and numerous HR publications in journals such as Personel i Zarządzanie (including a 19-article cycle on HR themes in cinematography, co-authored with Dr Leszek Mellibruda, titled „Kinoteka HR-człowieka”), Personel-Plus, HRBP, Zarządzanie Zasobami Ludzkimi, and Puls Biznesu.

In his free time, Piotr enjoys recreational diving, cycling in Kampinos Forest and reading detective novels.
