Bartłomiej is the person who was the first to start a modern labour law practice for employers in Poland. He has been supporting clients in the People & Culture area since 1995.

He is the founder of our firm (2007).

Katarzyna Dobkowska

Katarzyna has been supporting clients in the People & Culture area, in particular in the broad field of labour law and social security for more than 20 years.

In particular Katarzyna specialises in:

  • workforce restructuring, including individual and collective redundancies,
  • adapting global procedures to the requirements of Polish law,
  • workplace transition processes,
  • parental entitlements.

Dominika Dörre-Kolasa, PhD

Attorney-at-law / Partner

Since 2004, she has been an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Labour Law and Social Policy at the Jagellonian University. She is a well-regarded lecturer among students at the post-graduate courses of study in labour law at the Jagellonian University, the University of Warsaw and the University of Wrocław, where she lectures on personal data protection in employment, discrimination and selected aspects of collective labour law.

She supports clients in the field of labour law, including in particular the protection of personal rights, with special focus on mobbing and discrimination, and personal data protection in employment.

She advises multinational corporations and Polish employers.

Katarzyna Serwińska

Tax Advisor / Partner

Since 1992, Katarzyna has been supporting clients in the People & Culture area, in particular in the field of employee taxes and social security.

In particular Katarzyna specialises in:

  • taxation and social security contributions for foreigners working in Poland and Polish employees working abroad,
  • optimising the labour costs of management board members and senior managers,
  • implementing tax-optimal structures for the employment of employees in Poland (e.g. 50% copyright costs, B2B, civil-law contracts, etc.),
  • assessing the tax implications of granting cash and in-kind benefits to employees and non-employees, including share-based incentive schemes,
  • capital gains taxation.

Janusz Tomczak

Since 2003, Janusz has been supporting clients in the area of business criminal law.

Janusz specialises primarily in:

  • defending suspects in business criminal law cases,
  • assistance to victims of crime and recovery of lost property,
  • advising on the risks of criminal liability, their consequences for the organisation and its managers,
  • conducting internal investigations within organisations,
  • matters of professional liability of lawyers,
  • workplace offences, including those related to occupational health and safety.

At Raczkowski has been heading the business criminal law, compliance and internal proceedings practice for 4 years, having previously headed the criminal practice at one of Poland’s largest independent law firms for 6 years.

Piotr Graczyk

Since the beginning of 2014, Piotr has been supporting clients in the People & Culture area, in particular in the field of labour law and social security.

In particular Piotr specialises in:

  • strategic planning regarding the defence against employee claims,
  • advice on dismissals (including collective dismissals),
  • litigation of employment claims,
  • litigation in cases involving appeals against the Social Security Institution’s decisions,
  • implementation of procedures against mistreatment,
  • conducting internal investigations regarding mobbing, discrimination and other forms of mistreatment,
  • relations with trade unions.

Co-manages the firm’s litigation practice.

Michał Kacprzyk, PhD

Michał supports clients in the People & Culture area wherever there is an international element in employment, including in particular immigration law and global mobility.

In particular Michał specialises in:

  • corporate immigration – legalisation of work and residence of foreigners in Poland,
  • advice on obtaining visas to Poland,
  • international mobility of employees,
  • working remotely from abroad,
  • development of the so-called Employment Hubs in connection with relocation of employees to Poland.

He is responsible for the Immigration & Global Mobility practice and the Visa Practice.
