Katarzyna has over 15 years of experience in broadly understood HR law and labor law. She represents Polish and international clients in employment disputes.

Katarzyna has been supporting clients in the People & Culture area, in particular in the broad field of labour law and social security for more than 20 years.

In particular Katarzyna specialises in:

  • workforce restructuring, including individual and collective redundancies,
  • adapting global procedures to the requirements of Polish law,
  • workplace transition processes,
  • parental entitlements.

Recently Katarzyna has been involved in the following cases of interest:

  1. collective dismissal in cooperation with the global legal department carried out within one week,
  2. adaptation to Polish law of dozens of global HR policies of clients entering the Polish market,
  3. numerous implementations of remote working.

She is recommended by the international rankings of The Legal 500 EMEA and Chambers & Partners as an expert in labour law.

Katarzyna is rated very highly by clients.

She has authored numerous articles on labour law, including „Choosing a replacement contract is not always possible”, „Geography makes selection for redundancy difficult”, as well as the chapter on Poland in „Age Discrimination Law in Europe”.

In her spare time, she reads spiritual readings, meditates and practices yoga. She loves opera, theatre and walks on the beach.
