Since 2019, Anna has been supporting clients in the People & Culture area, in particular in the field of immigration law. Since 2020, she has been deepening her theoretical and practical knowledge also in the field of labour law.

In particular Anna specialises in:

  • legalising residence and work of foreigners in Poland,
  • obtaining work permits/declarations on entrusting work,
  • carrying out audits on the legality of employment,
  • employee documentation,
  • parental entitlements.

Recently Anna has been involved in the following cases of interest:

  1. conducting proceedings to legalise the stay of Ukrainian citizens following the outbreak of war in Ukraine,
  2. audits of employee documentation of foreign nationals employed,
  3. advice related to amendments to the Labour Code, in particular on parental rights and remote work.

Author of articles on labour law and immigration law published, among others, in Rzeczpospolita.pl and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. „Autumn brings an intensive period of changes in immigration law”, „Remote working and sobriety testing in questions and answers”, including books, such as “Employee documentation. How to switch to electronic form”.

Privately, she is passionate about travel in Southeast Asia, the history of the British monarchy and the Scandinavian lifestyle.
