She has several years of experience in providing legal advisory services, including employment and workforce restructuring, litigation, relations with trade unions, negotiating and implementing internal regulations, and ongoing legal support. She advises clients across various industries.

Since 2011, Zuzanna has been supporting clients in the People & Culture area, in particular in the field of labour law and social security.

In particular Zuzanna specialises in:

  • hiring and dismissal of staff, including managers,
  • implementation of global and local regulations and policies,
  • workforce restructuring, including collective redundancies,
  • parental entitlements,
  • countering mobbing and discrimination,
  • supporting diversity in the workplace.

Recently Zuzanna has been involved in the following cases of interest:

  1. an internal investigation procedure involving the investigation of potential undesirable behaviour at work (including sexual harassment), the preparation of recommendations for the management and support in the development of a team communication strategy,
  2. alignment of global parental entitlement policies with the requirements of Polish law, including new „Work-Life Balance” legislation,
  3. supporting a client in the process of terminating the cooperation with a group of key managers.

Co-author or author of numerous books and articles on labour law, including „Entitlements of employee-parents”, „Special occupational health and safety protection for women”, „Two decades of anti-discrimination legislation”.
