Coraz częściej pracownicy dzielą się takimi informacjami na mediach społecznościowych. Czy mogą?

Do wynagrodzenia minimalnego nie będą wliczać się już np. premie, nagrody, czy dodatki do wynagrodzenia.

Powódź, a także jej następstwa, związane przykładowo z naruszeniem konstrukcji budynku zakładu pracy, mogą generować zagrożenia dla pracowników.

Jednym z przygotowywanych projektów jest ustawa o warunkach dopuszczalności powierzania pracy cudzoziemcom na terytorium RP (wcześniej jako projekt ustawy o dostępie cudzoziemców do rynku pracy).

Orzecznictwo TSUE dot. wynagrodzenia za nadgodziny pracowników niepełnoetatowych może skutkować nowelizacją prawa polskiego.
