Since 2015, Katarzyna has been supporting clients in the People & Culture area, in particular in the field of labour law and social security.

In particular Katarzyna specialises in:

  • workforce restructuring, including collective redundancies,
  • hiring and firing of managers,
  • implementation of rules of procedure and other company regulations,
  • litigation,
  • conducting internal investigations,
  • training on labour law.

Recently Katarzyna has been involved in the following cases of interest:

  1. a lawsuit by a former employee challenging a signed termination agreement, who became pregnant already after the agreement was signed,
  2. guiding a client through the process of selecting a Polish member of the special negotiating team, in connection with the transformation of the entity into a European Company,
  3. development of a handbook for the HR department and a Q&A for employees containing a compendium of knowledge on old-age and disability pensions and the related rights and obligations of the employer and employees.

Author of books and articles on labour law, including: „Mobbing in the Workplace”, „HR Law in a Pandemic”.

In her spare time, she reads books and takes care of her home garden.
