Since 2012, Marta has been supporting clients in the People & Culture area, in particular in the field of labour law and personal data protection in employment.

In particular Marta specialises in:

  • relations with trade unions,
  • supporting clients in mediation and negotiations with the trade unions,
  • collective bargaining agreements,
  • company employee benefit fund and other forms of employee benefits,
  • drafting internal sources of labour law (regulations, procedures, agreements),
  • workforce restructuring, including collective redundancies,
  • countering mobbing and discrimination,
  • working time,
  • implementation of remote work,
  • training courses and webinars on labour law.

Recently Marta has been involved in the following cases of interest:

  1. support in the process of group dismissals and restructuring of the employment structure in companies in the pharmaceutical and real estate sectors,
  2. supporting negotiations and mediation during an industrial dispute involving more than a dozen company trade union organisations, negotiating an agreement ending the industrial dispute,
  3. conduct of internal investigation procedures and designing implementation recommendations for suspected mobbing and health discrimination.

She has authored and co-authored numerous books and articles on labour law, including Labour Law 2018, Employee Documentation 2019, HR Law in a Pandemic.
